I specialize in perinatal and maternal mental health, first responder wellness, anxiety, OCD, and relationship issues. I enjoy working with adults and couples. I specialize in perinatal mental health, birth trauma, first responder wellness, anxiety, depression and relationship issues. I strive to help my clients feel seen, heard, understood, and to give them the tools they need to start to heal. Also licensed in PA as well as MD.
