I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and improve their mental well-being. With over 16 years of service in the Army Reserves, I bring a unique perspective to my practice—blending structure, resilience, and deep compassion to guide clients through life’s challenges. Whether you are dealing with major life events, everyday stress, changing relationships, trying to manage ADHD or just need an unbiased person to talk to, I am here for it.
My approach to therapy is experiential and client-centered, focusing on empowering clients to uncover their strengths. I love helping clients explore and heal the different parts of themselves to create greater internal harmony. I also work closely with the LGBTQIA+ and military/veteran communities.
Outside of therapy, I’m a passionate Jiu Jitsu practitioner and coach, where I emphasize perseverance and self-discipline.
