Welcome. I am glad you are here. You got this far, and that is no easy task. Whether you are navigating the spikes of anxiety, the depths of depression and grief, the complexities of childhood trauma, or the disconnection of relationships, you are capable of moving through it. I can support you in diving deeper, learning adaptive skills, and releasing the stored trauma within your body. With the therapeutic relationship as our foundation, our sessions will explore your patterns, choices, life experiences, and strengths to navigate your barriers and meet your goals.
I work with adolescents, and adults to bring healing and unity back into their lives. Within my practice I use the deepest empathy and compassion combined with curiosity and evidenced based modalities to meet your goals, hear your narrative, and embrace your pain. Humor and laughter is brought into session as I believe no healing can exist without joy!
