I maintain a therapeutic container that is both strong & soft, held in compassion, activated by my life-long commitment as a healer and provider & nourished by constant attunement & deep listening. Counseling with me is anchored in layers of consent & safe witnessing.

Counseling with me is strengths-based, humanistic, somatic, transpersonal & existential. I weave in polyvagal and nervous system regulation work rooted in the latest in trauma resolution, neurodiversity +, parts work/ IFS, authentic embodiment, and various somatic and transpersonal modalities developed over decades of experience and study.
