Life is a complex journey & we all need counsel along the way. As a counselor, I am oriented toward your wholeness & uniqueness, tuning into your strengths to support your development. I facilitate the therapeutic process non-judgmentally & in collaboration, processing present needs/goals while holding space for your long-term vision. I maintain a therapeutic container that is both strong & soft, held in compassion, activated by my life-long commitment as a healer and provider & nourished by constant attunement & deep listening. Counseling with me is anchored in layers of consent & safe witnessing.

Counseling with me is strengths-based, humanistic, somatic, transpersonal & existential. I weave in polyvagal and nervous system regulation work rooted in the latest in trauma resolution, neurodiversity +, parts work/ IFS, authentic embodiment, and various somatic and transpersonal modalities developed over decades of experience and study.
