Everyone deserves a safe space to process their lives and struggles, from trauma and family situations, to anxiety and depression, to big life changes. It can be so intimidating to feel pressured to expose the most vulnerable parts of your story to a person you barely know. My goal is to focus on my relationship with clients and helping them feel safe and comfortable being themselves and expressing whatever it is they need. I am honored to walk with others on their journeys.
I have worked with trauma, trafficking victims, and refugees, as well as families, children, adults, and couples and have continued working with all of these populations in my practice. Although I integrate many modes of therapy into session depending on the client's needs, I am always person-centered, because each individual has a unique story and needs.
Many clients say they feel better even after an initial session with me, often describing a weight lifted and a feeling of hope.
