Our relationships define our humanity, bringing richness and joy into our lives while sometimes causing pain. Feelings of isolation lead to further disconnection, distancing us from our values and deepening our sense of loneliness and loss. Through therapy, we can carve a different path: one of vulnerability, intimacy, and joy.
Together, we can disrupt shame. Shame often attaches itself to aspects of our identity—our sexuality, body image, self-worth—convincing us that we are undeserving of the connection that is vital to our well-being. We will explore the beliefs and experiences that have shaped you, nurturing those that serve you and reshaping or releasing those that do not.
I am passionate about supporting clients through a range of concerns, including but not limited to sexual challenges, body image distress, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, sexual/gender identity development, purity culture, infidelity, and communication difficulties.
