Meaningful change is possible, though it sometimes requires a little extra support to achieve. As a companion on the path to change, I bring a passion for learning about the human heart and mind, listening to people’s stories, and encouraging growth.
In the beginning, I take a conversational approach to exploring the current issue. As the work continues, I try to actively collaborate with clients in a relaxed yet direct style, though humor and nerdiness do come through once I get to know people—jokes and references to podcasts or books are likely to feature in session.
