If you value community, complexity, a mixture of humor, genuine compassion and gentle challenge, we may be a good fit. I work with individuals (adults & teens) and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting, family of origin issues, identity exploration, OCD, big life changes, and neurodiversity. I also work with late diagnosed or suspected ADHD/AuDHD adults.
Therapy is a collaborative and curiosity-filled space where our joint work is to illuminate your patterns, deepen your understanding of feelings and needs, grow insight into your relationships, and gain the skills to live the life you want.
I use relational techniques, parts work, emotions-focused, and somatic/body focused strategies to increase self-knowledge, self-compassion, and skills.
I strive to create space for you to show up as your most authentic self in our sessions. Each of us is impacted by our families of origin, societal systems/institutions, unique neurotypes/minds, our identities (gender, sexuality, religion, race, ethnicity, nationality, etc.) and our experiences.
