Hi, I'm Erin! I'm glad you found me. It’s an honor to help my clients self-actualize through direct and indirect exploration of their history, thoughts, feelings, and belief systems. I tailor my approach to each individual, but believe that radical honesty and unconditional regard are the foundation of real transformation. Happy to work with clients from all backgrounds, I have lived experience in the LGBTQIA and polyamory communities and especially enjoy working with those populations as well as immigrants, folks in recovery, and those living with disability/chronic illness. I look forward to beginning our therapy journey together!
I approach healing through a framework of radical acceptance, utilizing elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing (among other modalities) and informed by an intersectional and social justice oriented approach. My clients regard my therapeutic style as direct but gentle, laced with levity, and occasionally anecdotal.
