I also provide therapy to survivors of trauma, trafficking, abuse/neglect, and substance dependency. My approach is that of a guide; as I aim to empower the client and not instruct, force or belittle them. I am interactive, transparent and hands-on as a therapist. My goal is to formulate a therapeutic method tailored to meet your individual needs.
I utilize various modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Client-Centered therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, and Trauma-Focused, to name a few. My mission is to provide a safe & non-judgmental atmosphere for all of my clients. I work collaboratively with my clients to find solutions for healing, behavior change and healthy cognitive processing.
Therapy is hard work, sometimes painful, but can be very fulfilling if you trust the process, trust yourself and your competence.
