I combine trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches with somatic therapy, mindfulness and yoga-inspired practices to calm your nervous system, release tension, and create space for physical and emotional restoration.

Our initial meeting is about creating a safe, supportive space where you can show up as you are and feel truly heard. From there, we’ll explore your needs and start shaping a path that feels right for you.
