Not everyone fits a mold — and neither do I. I work with adults of every background, race, and faith who are finding it hard to get a handle on their daily life and mental wellbeing. There's no "ideal client." There's simply someone ready to make changes.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with broad experience across settings and client populations. I'm also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), harm reduction, and trauma-centered care.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. We'll start with your stated goals, then build and practice coping skills and therapeutic interventions you can actually use on a day-to-day basis. Your commitment matters as much as my expertise — therapy is most effective when we're both invested in the work.
