Hi, I’m glad you’re here! I work with adult clients who appreciate an easy-going, conversational approach to therapy. I've created a space that feels genuine and supportive — a place where you can show up as yourself, talk things through freely, and share plenty of laughs (and tears) along the way. I believe that a strong, healthy therapeutic relationship is the most important foundation for growth and change, and I work hard to build that connection. I also don't shy away from challenging my clients when they need it - honesty is at the forefront. My office is cozy and comfortable - a supportive space for exploration and growth.
I enjoy helping clients identify their values and ways to move towards them. I am trained in EMDR and have helped many clients reprocess traumatic memories. I have a down-to-earth style, using sincerity, humor, and creativity to connect with people and help them feel comfortable and safe enough to explore their needs and make positive change.
