I work collaboratively with the client to help alleviate and manage stress and anxiety. I enjoy working with children, adolescents and adults. Anxiety, sadness and stress are very common emotions that we all experience. I create a comforting and constructive environment to help alleviate these feelings. I enjoy working with individuals who are confronting stressful and anxious times.

I have trained throughout the country, specializing in treating Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Specific Phobias and Depression. In 2005, I completed my training in Boston where I was a Harvard University Medical School Fellowship Recipient before moving to the D.C. area.

I have extensive experience and expertise in development of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Anxiety and Stress Disorders. I do not take insurance; however, as a licensed psychologist, my services qualify for patient reimbursement, and may be covered in full or in part by your insurance. I have evening hours available.
