I specialize in treating adults (including college students) and adolescents dealing with relationship and self esteem issues, performance enhancement (academic, work and sports), parenting issues, childhood trauma, depression, addiction and anxiety. I have received advanced training (Level 3) in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy from the IFS Institute.
I have specialized training in evidence-based techniques for enhancing motivation to change, treating addiction, meditation/visualization techniques to achieve peak performance and optimal health. I have over 15 years experience and have worked for the Boston Medical Center, Boston Public Health Commission and Boston Collaborative Center.
