I work with adults and young adults in individual, marriage and family therapy. My goal is to assist all clients on their journey towards healing, wholeness and harmony in their lives. Life can be hard, I strive to offer a safe place that inspires growth during these times. I take an electric approach to therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered, solution focused and faith-based positive psychology therapy. I offer individualized treatment planning to help clients identify and reach their goals.
My goal is to offer a comfortable environment where clients can share freely, be heard, understood and challenged towards their goals. Topics I aid clients in navigating include; depression, anxiety, relational skills, self esteem, communication, and various presentations of grief, marriage enrichment, spiritual growth, formation and more.

Life Skills for Kids, Tweens and Teens
The Life Skills group addresses issues such as body image, decision-making, personal responsibility, self-esteem and personal values. We learn how to accept ourselves, make good choices, what responsibility is (and isn't), steps toward self-esteem and determine what is important to me.
