I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with couples and families in Cary, NC. I offer weekly therapy as well as two-day therapy intensives. My specialties include infidelity recovery, blended families, high conflict couples, adjustment to parenthood, and premarital couples therapy. Whether you are feeling disconnected, lonely, hurt, unloved, or misunderstood, I work to support both partners in improving their interaction patterns and generating a healthier and more satisfying relationship.

Working from an attachment lens, I support couples and families in understanding their fears, longings, and triggers that impact their current relational dynamics. I pull from the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and the Gottman Method in order to improve relational functioning and satisfaction.
