My goal is to help you feel at ease as we explore your strengths, process important life experiences, express your feelings, and discover healthy ways of coping. When working with children and teens, I take a team approach and regularly include parents in the process to support growth at home as well. Above all, I want every client to feel supported in building confidence and creating a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
I work with each client to create goals that address the changes you'd like to see in your life, and develop a plan that incorporates your life experiences with established interventions. I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, school and work stress, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. I am certified in perinatal mental health.
I use a range of evidence-based treatments, always tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
