Monday Morning COPE Group
COPE Group is offered in-person and via zoom. Learn and practice skills proven to decrease stress and anxiety, and improve self-esteem and mood. Skills include mindfulness, breathing techniques, and mindful movement. COPE (Create your Own Peace Everyday) group is a great place to learn and establish a practice of using these tools with guidance, community and in a beautiful space.
