I use an eclectic approach, blending humanistic, psychodynamic, narrative, and somatic modalities with CBT, DBT, and harm reduction. I’m trained in complex trauma therapies and have completed EMDR training. Passionate about equitable care, my goal is to create a safe, affirming space to address challenges like trauma, identity, and systemic oppression.
