I’m Erin Swinney, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and couples. My specialties include mood disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, fire-responder resilience, and addiction. My passion for this work is rooted in my commitment to instilling hope and building confidence in each individual I meet. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, etc.
