Does it look like you have it all together on the outside, but deep down you feel anxious, exhausted, or empty? It seems like happiness is something "out there" or baked into your next achievement, but when you actually get what you're striving for, the emptiness quickly returns? Or maybe you feel like something is "off" in your life, but you can't pinpoint exactly what it is? As a (recovering) perfectionist myself, I've been there & I get it. I have a passion for helping adults and adolescents deepen their connection to themselves to get to the root of symptoms such as chronic anxiety, perfectionism, & relational instability.

I provide a warm, non-judgemental space for you to explore your inner world. I believe the goal of therapy is to help you understand your life experiences & how they influence who you are today—not to figure out what's “wrong” with you. Our work will help you live your most authentic and vibrant life by cultivating self-curiosity and self-compassion.

Another crucial component is OUR relationship, which is the container for emotional healing. I'm truly honored to be part of my clients' healing journey, and always aim to show up authentically myself—although we're doing deep work, it’s important to not take ourselves too seriously, and we may even laugh along the way!
