I have a passion for helping adults and adolescents deepen their connection to themselves to get to the root of symptoms such as chronic anxiety, perfectionism, & relational instability.
I provide a warm, non-judgemental space for you to explore your inner world. I believe the goal of therapy is to help you understand your life experiences & how they influence who you are today—not to figure out what's “wrong” with you. Our work will help you live your most authentic and vibrant life by cultivating self-curiosity and self-compassion.
Another crucial component is OUR relationship, which is the container for emotional healing. I'm truly honored to be part of my clients' healing journey, and always aim to show up authentically myself—although we're doing deep work, it’s important to not take ourselves too seriously, and we may even laugh along the way!
