Grief can feel so heavy and inescapable. You wake up and reality comes rushing in: someone or something is gone, and it’s heartbreaking and unbelievable. You can find your footing and learn tools to help yourself feel better in the midst of grief.
I specialize in grief care for adults who are experiencing losses of many kinds: bereavement, major life change, and post-divorce recovery. I have special training in traumatic grief (loss of a child, death by suicide, unexpected death, etc.) My goal as your therapist is to genuinely hear and see you and your grief, and to help you not move on, but forward.
