As we get busier and encounter more pressures and demands, it is increasingly difficult to manage stress, achieve balance, and find fulfillment. Stress can begin to negatively impact fundamental parts of our being, namely how we feel about and take care of ourselves, and our relationships with others. We can become more vulnerable to depression and anxiety.
As a licensed clinical psychologist, I specialize in helping women (age 18+) navigate the various phases and transitions in their lives. I provide comprehensive individual and couples therapy services. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and integrates other interventions such as mindfulness and emotion management (e.g., DBT) skills.
In my practice I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment where we can communicate openly and genuinely.
