I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with 18 years of experience supporting individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. I have worked in hospital settings, community mental health, and crisis environments, providing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health and substance use challenges. My work is grounded in creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel safe to share openly and honestly.
I have a master’s degree in community counseling from Fort Hays State University. My approach is strengths-based and individualized, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I focus on identifying personal strengths and building skills that support long-term recovery and emotional well-being.
