I specialize in working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, work/life balance, grief/loss, parenting, post-partum and pregnancy support, relationship issues and other individual struggles. My goal is to help you define your goals and give you tools to make changes and heal from hurts that are blocking positive change for you.
I am also a Registered Art Therapist. The process of creating art and talking about artwork provides opportunities to transform lives from within.
