Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating relationship challenges, or facing major life transitions, I offer a space for growth, clarity, and lasting change.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative approach. I use trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) to help you process painful memories and reconnect with a sense of safety and inner strength. I also incorporate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation and motivational interviewing to foster readiness for change.
