Have you been feeling stressed or overwhelmed with navigating life and it’s constant changes? Are you having a difficult time communicating and resolving issues with your partner lately? Through an integrative approach that includes behavioral, art, and mindfulness interventions I work collaboratively with clients to explore their beliefs, emotions, and patterns of behavior and support them while exploring ways to decrease their stress and/or other symptoms (depression, anger, anxiety, etc.) It is important to me to assist clients with identifying their goals for our counseling relationship, encouraging them to take an active role
I became a counselor to assist people in finding and using their voices; my process is motivated by helping others feel seen and heard. It’s my hope to foster a safe space that encourages increased insight, awareness, and growth for everyone I encounter.
I offer in person sessions and virtual sessions, with evening and weekend availability. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life but specific areas of interest are: children and teenagers, parents, young adult women, families and couples.
