Do you feel overwhelmed and frustrated trying to juggle the demands of family, work and relationships? Do you lack confidence and a sense of meaningful purpose in your life? I work with people to relieve stress, boost confidence, achieve clarity, and find fulfillment in their lives. Through counseling, mindful awareness, behavioral modifications, and lifestyle changes, you will begin to reclaim balance, peace and joy in your life.
I have studied Internal Family Systems Therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, body-centered psychotherapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family therapy, and nutrition. I work from a holistic perspective partnering with clients to address multiple domains of wellness including emotional, mental, physiological, spiritual, and social.
I believe in taking personal responsibility for ones own health and happiness. My job is to provide guidance and support to help you create the life you want.
