I work from a person-centered approach, understanding that we each come with our own strengths and challenges. I offer a collaborative approach and encouraging space utilizing techniques from a variety of theoretical frameworks and evidenced-based treatments. I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
We will work together to identify your goals and make a plan on how to achieve them. I strive to listen empathetically and provide a judgement-free space to explore the things keeping you from living the life you desire.
