I’m an EMDR and Sleep therapist in Rockville, MD who helps adults heal from trauma, insomnia, chronic nightmares, and low self-worth. Many of my clients appear successful on the outside but feel empty or “not enough” inside. It’s time to move from exhaustion and self-doubt toward real relief and self-trust. I use EMDR, CBT-I, and somatic therapy to help you calm your nervous system, process painful memories, and reconnect with yourself. These approaches support lasting healing from trauma, PTSD, insomnia, and chronic self-criticism—so you can feel steadier, more present, and at peace in your own life.
