In person appointments for Wilmington, NC only.** I work with individuals and couples impacted by trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, intimacy/sexual concerns, relational distress, ambivalence, and stress. My work with couples includes addressing trust and communication issues, providing premarital counseling, repairing after infidelity, intimacy concerns, and reconnecting. I work with young adults surrounding issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, relationship choices, bullying/peer pressure, sexuality concerns, conflict with parents or other family members, and life transitions.
I have had training in trauma and sexual assault and have a strong passion in serving survivors of emotional, domestic, and sexual abuse. I also have training in many different approaches to therapy including family systems, sex therapy, the Gottman approach, EFT, and CBT (including trauma focused CBT).
