Hi there, I'm Erin - I work with teens, women, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. My main areas of focus are anxiety and complex trauma, but I’m also deeply passionate about helping people untangle people-pleasing patterns, strengthen boundaries, and navigate life transitions with more confidence and clarity. My goal is to help you build coping tools, gain meaningful insight, and reconnect with your sense of agency so you can feel more confident, grounded, and fulfilled in your life.
I strive to create a safe, inclusive space where you can show up fully as yourself. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Focused approaches, all with a feminist lens.
In our work together, we’ll focus on emotional processing; learning how to identify, understand, and actually feel your emotions rather than pushing them aside. Therapy with me is collaborative and empowering. Healing trauma and long-standing patterns takes time, safety, and consistency and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
