I have over a decade of experience, drawing from DBT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based approaches to support meaningful, lasting change. I have strong background in treating co-occurring diagnoses, substance use, ADHD, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, trauma, grief, attachment wounds, and family/relationship concerns.
