Erin Green provides therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
She is passionate about supporting others through challenges and works to assist clients in overcoming obstacles and managing difficult life transitions. While working in collaboration with clients, she focuses on helping to strengthen coping skills while providing support to create change.
Erin uses mindfulness-based therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational interviewing, and other theories to promote healing, growth and wellness. She has experience working with clients with Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She can also provide Christian Counseling upon request.
