Are you seeking a safe space to ask for and receive help? Do you feel as though you are stuck in a deep valley and cannot find your way out? I am passionate about people and their stories, where mental health and Christianity intersect, and how God is calling us toward redemption. We all encounter circumstances that require introspection, and I delight in walking through the valley with my clients, leading them toward the light. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional feel led toward walking with others through their valley of grief and loss.
I use multiple methods to approach my clients in the most beneficial and personal way, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. I love integrating my Christian faith into my practice when clients desire it.
