I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families. I use a client centered approach and specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
At Wishing Well Counseling Center, we offer traditional modes of therapy, as well as more creative therapies (art therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Also, we conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations.
