We all go through periods of intense stress, worry, or sadness. If you're finding it difficult to cope, therapy can help you grow through these experiences, toward fulfillment. In my work, I've found that people are most open to exploration and change when they have a partner they trust in that process. When a client brings me their story, we work together to understand it, through trust, humor, creativity, and perseverance.
I offer both insight-oriented therapy as well as skills-based interventions. I am trained to provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy through guided, in-person sessions in my office.
I have experience with short-term crisis counseling as well as longer-term insight oriented work, and have worked with people across the life span. We can build an approach that fits your needs, balancing the practical with the exploratory.
