You have dreams of adding to your family and along the way, you unexpectedly have to come to terms with an infertility diagnosis. Or you are experiencing the pain of miscarriage, pregnancy loss or termination for medical reasons. Or you are in the process of utilizing assisted reproductive technologies (ART) like IUI, IVF, or donor assisted reproduction. One thing is for sure - this is not how you thought this was going to go. As a psychologist specializing in reproductive mental health, with my own experiences of infertility, ART and pregnancy loss, I understand the unique difficulties and uncertainties that come with this journey.
My areas of speciality: 1) Therapeutic support with Trying to Conceive and Navigating Infertility 2) Support with Assisted Reproductive Technology - care related to ART family building options (such as IUI and IVF), emotional support during fertility treatments. 3) Pregnancy Loss, Reproductive Trauma & EMDR - addressing reproductive trauma, grief and loss.
My mission is to provide a deeply compassionate and witnessing environment for you to explore your feelings, insights, hurts, choices and find resilience, support and care. Whether you are managing the stress of trying to conceive, infertility, coping with loss, or seeking guidance through treatments, I am here to help you find hope, clarity and healing.

"
I practice Attachment-Focused EMDR, which I find to be helpful with painful and disturbing memories, body sensations, or persistent symptoms that you would like to address related to your TTC experiences. As it also focuses on building internal resources like protection, nurturing, wisdom and calm, I believe the interventions offered by this therapy strongly align with the needs of those TTC.
