My name is Erin and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) who is passionate about meeting and supporting my clients so they can heal and reveal the natural potential they have inside of themselves. I take a client-centered approach and make an effort to meet my clients where they are at, and then together collaborate on an approach and pace the client feels challenging yet realistic and safe. My preferred theoretical approach is integrative and utilizes a variety including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, Inner Child, strengths-based, Mindfulness, Attachment
