Do you long for better relationships in your life? Would you like to understand more about yourself and how you relate to those around you? Do you feel like you're alone or like you are the only one who feels the way you feel? Do you notice similar things happening in your relationships over and over again? Group therapy feels scary at first for most of us, but it can be the perfect place to work on issues like these. Whether introverted or extraverted, we are all inherently social creatures. Healing in community with others is natural to our species but is an art that many of us have lost.
I use an integrative person-centered approach, which means that I seek to understand your unique experience and aim to create safe and trusting therapeutic relationships. While I am not currently accepting new clients for individual therapy, I do have current openings for group therapy. See flyer in my photos for more info.
I work with a wide variety of concerns, am passionate about supporting trans and gender diverse clients, and have specialized training in perinatal mental health. I live with my wife and son in Philomath. Effective therapy is all about finding the right fit. If you think I might be it, please email or call.
