Every person has a unique life story and their own journey that is no one else's. I truly believe you are the expert in your own life & the more you discover about yourself during therapy, the more healing can be achieved. I strive to develop an open, honest, and caring therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I also carry an inherent believe that people are good. I aim to offer a mix between a laid back, relaxed, & comfortable environment while also being honest & assertive while in session.
While I see a wide variety of clients, I have a special interest in individuals who are struggling during the years of a quarter-life crisis. Whether you are a college student or newly married with children, this time can be especially hard in so many ways.
Other specialized and personal interests include those who are struggling with infertility and the community of first responders. I tend to be eclectic in therapy modalities and often use CBT, DBT, goal-oriented, and solution focused approaches. I love what I do and love it even more when clients see what a difference therapy can make in their lives.
