I enjoy working with young, folks facing self-esteem issues, anxiety and helping them see their worth and value.
I have also worked with caregivers, chronically ill patients and first responders.

This is a no-judgement, zone. l believe that even through the darkest, times there can be hope. I am here to walk with you on your journey, until you find the light again.
