No matter at what age, life can wound us. Often, the key to healing is found through relationships. The relationship of therapy requires courage and a willingness to engage. In return, it offers a place to heal from pain, learn new insights and skills, and gain traction in personal growth. I have a genuine passion for this process. My style is warm and interpersonal with a combination of compassion, humor, and practical advice. I specialize in therapy services for children & adolescents, and young adults (generally, ages 6 to 25).
Common areas I treat include anxiety, stress, behavioral issues, phase of life transitions, relationship concerns, grief and loss, parenting support, and parent-child relationship focus.
I welcome the chance to meet with you, learn your story, and see how I might be of help during this season of your life.
