If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of repeating the same painful patterns, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I help clients explore the roots of their pain while building tools for healing; I love helping people feel more secure in their minds and bodies, and more connected to their inherent value. Grounded in warmth and compassion, I offer a safe space to process trauma, anxiety, depression, and self-worth challenges. My approach is flexible, strengths-based, and focused on helping you reconnect with your resilience and sense of self.
While I often work from an EMDR framework, I integrate a range of tools such as Polyvagal Theory, Ego States Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, to tailor each session to the person in front of me. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, and I allow clients to lead the way until we discover what approaches will best support their growth.
I know it's hard to reach out, share your story, and get support, but I promise, you are worth the effort, and you don't have to do it alone. I'd love for you to give me a call or send an email to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if what we're a good fit.
