I help people move beyond coping into deeper connection, pleasure, and nervous system balance so life feels more grounded and alive. I’m here to navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationships with you, including non-monogamy/polyamory, through an affirming and anti-oppressive lens. We will explore thoughts but also body sensations to honor the wisdom of the nervous system. Healing isn’t about adjusting to harmful norms, but about transforming in ways that create safety, belonging, and deeper connection to yourself, your body, and your community. Together, we create space for joy, pleasure, and authentic living!
I use somatic therapy to help people regulate their nervous systems, heal trauma, and cultivate safety, empowerment, and connection. My practice focuses on experiences of anxiety, which can include trauma, and also supports those exploring non-monogamy/polyamory and LGBTQ2S+ identities, always centering non-judgment and compassion.
