What does embodied belonging and connection feel like? As a somatic-based therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the complex intersections of anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationships, with an anti-oppressive lens. I believe embodied healing isn't about adjusting to a society that perpetuates harm, but about transforming ourselves in ways that challenge oppressive structures, which leads to deeper embodiment of belonging and connection. Whether you're journeying through non-monogamy/polyamory or seeking relief from anxiety and past trauma, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to heal and grow.
Our bodies hold deep wisdom and are key to healing and deepening connection with ourselves and each other. By working with the nervous system, I support people through the process of resolving trauma, fostering a greater sense of safety, empowerment, and connection within themselves and their relationships.
It is possible to feel relief from limiting thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. I seek to provide culturally relevant, non-judgmental, and body-oriented services with compassion and empathy. Taking the first step can take so much courage and it is an honor to work with people on their first journey with therapy and on journeys that are years long!
