During our initial session, I will work with you to determine your specific goals and how I can assist in reaching these goals. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and mental health. I am a licensed professional counselor. I use modalities including ACT, EFT, DBT, CBT, and TF-CBT depending on what the situation calls. I also use art and sand-tray therapy. I specialize in treating eating disorders, self-harm/suicidal ideation, trauma/PTSD, depression and anxiety. I also have some experience treating substance abuse.
