Each of us is a complex product of our past and present environments and experiences. Generally, we act or cope in ways that are adaptive or necessary under given circumstances. When our default methods of coping are no longer effective or our circumstances change, we begin experiencing distress in specific realms of our lives. This distress might manifest as anxiety, depression, anger, pain, relationship or sexual difficulties, social isolation, declining performance and/or impairment in daily functioning. As there is an undeniable connection between our psychological and physical wellbeing, I approach treatment in an integrative, collaborative and personality-based manner.
As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Reproductive Sexologist, I specialize in the comprehensive psychological assessment and treatment of individuals (older adolescents, adults) and couples experiencing anxiety/anxiety-related disorders, mood disorders, traumatic reactions/posttraumatic stress, chronic pain/health conditions, and sexual/reproductive difficulties. I am an LGBTQIA+ allied practitioner.
My practice uniquely focuses on sexuality and reproduction: relationships/sex therapy, sexual dysfunctions, pelvic pain conditions, infertility and ARTs/third party parenting (& evaluations), adoption, reproductive traumas, peri/postpartum issues, transition to parenthood and gender identity. I work within a multidisciplinary network of professionals to provide holistic care for each client.

Groups
Support for Trauma Survivors in Today's Politics
This group is intended as a safe, supportive, ongoing space for trauma survivors to navigate today's current sociopolitical climate and day-to-day stressors during the pandemic. All sessions will be conducted via telehealth through Doxy.me in order to keep everyone safe. Interested individuals must be located in Pennsylvania, Kansas or Missouri. You may join at any time once we collaboratively discuss details. Group meets every Monday at 8:00pm EST and cost is $25/session.
