I specialize in working with folks who are pregnant, postpartum, parenting challenging kids and going through infertility. I especially love working with LGBT+ families, neurodivergent parents/parents of neurodivergent kids, and individuals who have a baseline of high anxiety, perfectionism and people pleasing.
Therapy can help during these phases of life when intense and unexpected emotions come up, when you struggle with prioritizing and caring for yourself while caring for everyone else. I usually start with practical strategies to help stabilize you before working on thought and relationship patterns, as well as trauma history, that contribute to distress.
