About
Recovering from trauma is the most inspiring and difficult things one can do in their lifetime. I am a believer that post traumatic growth is possible in all people. I utilize an eclectic approach pulling from a base of radical feminism utilizing approaches from DBT, somatic experiencing, and mindfulness and acceptance based approaches. I firmly believe that everyone has the tools within them to heal and grow and my primary job as therapist is to provide a safe non-judgmental setting for you to discover your healed self.
My primary focus is working with women who have experienced narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, parenting with a trauma history and institutional abuse. As a person with lived experience; I bring my first hand knowledge to our sessions. Regain the trust in your inner guidance system to create the life you want.
If you believe we may be a good fit please schedule a time for a phone consultation. A therapeutic match is very important for the healing process. I will ask a few questions about your goals and needs and invite you to ask me questions as well. **Bi-weekly Saturday appointments available**
